Professional development

Based on our decades of research, the TTRC has created professional development courses for primary and secondary school teachers, tertiary educators, academics, and parents, carers, and community members working with school aged children.

Whether you are a primary or secondary school teacher, university academic, the parent or guardian of a school-aged student, or an interested community member, we have a program for you.

QT Academy

The Quality Teaching (QT) Academy delivers high-impact, evidence-based PD that aims to empower teachers to empower each other. Its vision is for quality teaching for every student, every day.

Strengthening Induction through QTR

Funded by the Australian Government, our project, ‘Strengthening Induction through QTR', aims to improve the morale, confidence, job satisfaction and retention of early career teachers across Australia.

The project will support 1,600 early career teachers and key colleagues from schools across Australia to take part in QTR between 2023 and 2026. All teachers involved will access a free QTR professional development workshop (valued at $935 per teacher) as well as a range of other implementation and mentoring supports.

Aspirations

The Aspirations Longitudinal 榴莲成人app下载 was a groundbreaking research project investigating the factors that shape the aspirations of young Australians. This work culminated in the development of two free online professional development courses: one for teachers and career advisers; and the other for families and community members, to support nurturing the aspirations of students and children.
